HELP, HELP, PLEASE HELP!

The following was sent by clients who as you will see need help to find their kitty another good home.

Hello friends at Cats At Home Hospital,

Here are the photos of Sierra - some more recent and two from when she was a bit younger.  We are very sorry to have to let her go but it seems she is not happy in our home where there is a lot of noise and action with a crawling and squealing baby boy.  We want a nice caring home for her with no young children as she does not do well with too much commotion.  She must stay an indoor cat as well and no declawing please.  Also the prospective new owners need to know she has this marking behavior when stressed and it affects pillows and blankets mostly.  I have never seen it on the carpet or floor, but most recently affected my cloth chair.  She is two years old.  She eats the special medical food and the w/d soft food for her urinary health.  She is full pedigree with papers.  We will miss her terribly.

Thanks for helping us find a good place for her.

Should you be able to help or have any questions regarding Sierra

Please do not hesitate to talk to Dr. Thompson.

As you can see Sierra is a beautiful cat and her current caregivers feel deeply

about having to let he go.

*******************************

Freda has turned into quite a personality, a very loving and happy kitty who is looking for that "forever" home.

This is Freda - she came to Cats at Home from a rescue service TLC.

When she came to the hospi8tal she had an allergy which  after many tests turned out

to be catnip!   She is now in good health and very sweet.

              In Memoriam

Bailey Melo

July 17, 1995 - August 7, 2010

Alice and Nathan's lovely orange tabby, who sadly developed cancer.  Bailey was his caregivers joy and delight, he is much missed and has left a big hole in both Alice and Nathan's hearts.

Chloe Thompson

August 19, 2002 - August 4, 2010

Chloe was a wonderful white Persian girl.  She was deaf and she had only one eye, (Dr. Thompson removed her eye due to disease she had when she was born), but she enjoyed life and she had "personality plus". She was Sarah's special kitty, Sarah taught her how to take her pills with very little fuss and she made sure she was groomed with a "lion cut". Chloe would walk or at times race around her house completely unaware, sometimes, of the chaos she left behind her - books falling and dogs barking! She is missed by all who knew her.

Lucy Rio

August 21, 1991 - August 16, 2010

Lucy a long haired calico lady .  Just shy of her 19th birthday she lived a long and happy life with Pablo and Christine, her big heart just giving out.

Sparky Burgess

March 26, 1993 - August 16, 2010

Sparky was a unique kitty a Siamese Cross Ragdoll with all the good traits of the breed living a long and happy life.  She is missed greatly by her friend and caregiver Gavin.

Tika Bloomfield

April 10, 2010 - August 24, 2010

Tika was a beautiful kitten - Abyssinian.  Sadly she came into this life with the disease of Feline Infectious Peritonitis virus (FIPV).

Cassie Monroe

August 20, 1993 - August 19, 2010

A grey tabby lady who lived a long life with Loralee  and Gord.  Sadly she developed many of the problems which come with being an elderly lady.

Philippe Skrepetz

April 20, 1992 - August 13, 2010

Philiipe came to Cats at Home this year - being quite sick - Christine came into his life and gave him a new "forever" home.  She  made sure he had a wonderful and loving place to stay.  Sadly he passed away I'm sure  knowing he was cared for and loved.   Christine was Philippe's angel - we all miss him and thank Christine for her kindness.
